2540‐10 Form Set Update

The new 2540-10 form set is effective for cost reporting periods beginning on or after 12/1/2010. For any short cost reporting period beginning on or after 12/1/2010 and ending prior to 11/30/2011, providers will continue to file on the form CMS 2540-96. No extension is proposed at this time.

Health Financial Systems received verbal confirmation from CMS on Wednesday, March 14th that we have been approved for the Skilled Nursing Facility, 2540-10.

CMS relayed that we can release our software to our clients.

As such, please perform a Check for Updates to get the approved version of the 2540-10 software. Any data entered in the Beta Version can be opened seamlessly using the approved software.
