CMS has mandated the CMS 339 be submitted with the cost report. Using the HFS Medicare Cost Report software, you'll find the CMS approved 339 built into the software as an integrated tool.

When you are in your cost report file, click on the Tools menu and select CMS 339 Questionnaire.

This will open the CMS 339 screens and link to some of the data in your cost report file.

You can print the CMS 339 by pressing the printer icon on the toolbar under the main menu. You can print all or only specific parts of the CMS 339.
