"Y" on S-7 Line 1 to indicate that there was no Medicare
utilization. Otherwise, ECR edit 12900S

1) Added a warning message box that will appear if the hospital is a partial-year Sole Community or Medicare Dependent Hospital and the "While" and "While Not" portions of payments have been entered in the wrong column on Worksheet E Part A. The check will be based on the ratio of days as an SCH/MDH to the total days in the cost reporting period, compared to the ratio of DRG and Outlier Payments entered on E Part A, Column 1, Lines 1 and 2 to the total DRG and Outlier Payments entered on E Part A, Column 1.01, Lines 1 and 2. If the difference in the ratios is greater than 0.05, the message box will display.
2) Modified the column headings of E Part A to better identify the columns to use for partial-year SCH and MDH providers.

1) Per CMS, removed E Part B Line 39.98, the AB re-billing demo amount. CMS had defined this line for this use in T-3 Flash #4 and it was implemented in Compu-Max 3/7/2013. Subsequently, it was determined by CMS that this line should not have been on the cost report at all.
